Internet Connection Troubleshooting

Internet Connection Troubleshooting

Depending on your internet source for your device whether it is provided through a Wi-Fi connection or an ethernet, please choose the correct corresponding method:

For Wi-Fi Connection:

  1. Locate the small black box at the back of the screen.
  2. Connect a USB mouse to the box.
  3. Right-click to exit the app (you may need to click multiple times if the signage player reappears).
  4. Click on Settings.
  5. Select Wi-Fi.
  6. Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

For Ethernet Connection:

  1. Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the router for a few seconds.
  2. Plug the Ethernet cable back into the same port on the router.
    • This can resolve potential IP address conflicts.
  3. If issues persist, try a different Ethernet port on the router. Check for an indicator light to confirm a successful connection.
