Adding Files to your Gallery (Old UI)

To add content to your signage player, you must first access the gallery feature, where here you can upload all of your media files.

  1. Click on “Gallery” in the left window pane.

    The left window pane will expand, and the right window pane will now show all media already inside your gallery and will now display a menu bar for use with your gallery items.



  2. Click the “Upload Media” button in the menu bar and a new window will appear giving you the option to browse for the file that you would like to upload to the gallery.




  3. Click on the  button in the Upload Media window and select the file that you wish to add to your gallery.

    Once you have selected a file, you should now see it listed in the Upload Media window, from here you can continue to browse for more media if you wish to add multiple files to your gallery.

    Please make sure that your file(s) match the content file specification, you can check the information here.

  4. To upload your file(s) to the gallery, simply click the  button. The percentage will show the progress of the upload and the Status will update with a green symbol to show that the upload was successful.

    Once the upload is successful click the
     button in the Upload Media window. Your media will now show up in the right window pane displaying all gallery items.
